Life change happens in the context of relationships.
Meetups are designed to help people connect, grow, be discipled, and enjoy life together! We know life can be challenging sometimes, but we weren’t meant to do life alone. While living life through community is part of how God made us, many times we have trouble forming these relationships, and that’s why Meetups exist. You can grow in your relationship with Jesus, experience discipleship, and become who God made you to be, all in the context of meaningful relationships with God’s people.

For many people, the thought of leading a group can be scary, but what if I told you that God could use you, your family, your life experiences, and your home to help people’s lives be changed forever? Would you do it? The truth is, most people’s lives aren’t changed in a Sunday service. It is done more often with a friend or a trusted small group of people who are actively engaged in helping them reach their potential in Jesus.
We’re not asking you to preach a message, to be a theologian leading a Bible study, to be an expert on some self-help book, or to be God’s gift to small group leadership. We’re just asking you to be you and help people find freedom.
We’ll train you. We’ll help you. We’ll empower you. We’ll be there non-stop to assist you. And I promise this: after the Meetup semester is over, you’ll find that, while you did this to be a blessing, you were the one who actually received it!
