Serve Team

This team is the core of servant leadership at Freedom and is much more than simply filling a slot in a volunteer sheet. Serve Team members will be immersed into development and empowerment that will not only help them serve at their highest capacity, but that will help develop the purpose God has placed in each one. The Serve Team is just as important as any other position at Freedom. The way we love people as we serve them will always have a much greater impact than even the best message. Serve Teams get to live out our values each and every Sunday.

We have the following areas to serve:

Hospitality
Greeting, welcoming people at the door
Coffee and Donuts
Specialty Coffee

Logistics
Safety team (Background check required)
Facility Team (helps with facility logistics, parking, etc)

Worship
Vocalists (Auditions required)
Lead Guitar (Auditions required)
Acoustic Guitar (Auditions required)
Drums (Auditions required)
Keys (Auditions required)
Bass (Auditions required)

Tech Arts
Audio (sound board, etc)
Video (Streaming, camera operator, etc)
Lighting
ProPresenter (Song lyrics, teaching slides, videos, etc)

Nursery 0-1 (Background check required)
LKs 2-4 (Background check required
MKs 5-7 (Background check required)
BKs 8-11 (Background check required)
